Fishing vessels need registration, fishing licence transfer and destination fisheries approvals; provide class and survey papers. Vessels are sold under a bill of sale with builder certificate, class society certificates (IRS, LR, DNV, ABS), flag-state registration and deletion certificate, survey reports and export clearance; delivery is usually afloat under own power or tow, or by heavy-lift transport for small craft, with engines and equipment listed on the invoice.
