High power microwave tubes may be export controlled; state frequency and power, and pack with magnet protection. Electron tubes and semiconductors are static, moisture and shock sensitive: ship in anti-static packaging, trays or reels with desiccant, state part number, rating, package and lot code, provide RoHS declarations, and check export controls on high performance microwave tubes and advanced devices.
