Paper articles of apparel and clothing accessories, cleansing tissues, towels, tablecloths, serviettes, bed sheets or similar household, sanitary or hospital articles made of paper pulp, paper, cellulose wadding or webs of cellulose fibres classified under heading 4818 are freely exportable from India without a license, though imports into India require compulsory registration under the Paper Import Monitoring System (PIMS).
