Paper-reinforced stratified sheeting, or single-layer paper or paperboard coated or covered with plastics where the plastic layer exceeds half the total thickness, and articles made from such materials fall under this code. This classification excludes wall coverings and is subject to compulsory registration under the Paper Import Monitoring System (PIMS) when exported. Export from India is otherwise freely allowed without a license.
