Paper, paperboard, cellulose wadding and webs of cellulose fibres in strips or rolls of a width exceeding 36 cm, or in rectangular sheets with one side exceeding 36 cm and the other exceeding 15 cm in the unfolded state are freely exportable from India, except that any such goods entering the Paper Import Monitoring System must first be registered before export.
This product may be freely exported/imported from India without a license.
