Paper weighing more than 150 g/m², made mainly from bleached or mechanical/chemi-mechanical pulp and used for writing, printing or other graphic purposes, is classified here when not more than 10 percent by weight of the total fibre content consists of other fibres. This grade is freely exportable from India without a license, although it remains subject to Compulsory Registration under the Paper Import Monitoring System (PIMS).
